We first met Robin at an open house in October of 2023. She asked if she could show us some homes and we agreed. She took us to several homes but we did not find anything we liked. The housing market was very dismal. But…she perservered. Then in December of 2023 I broke my ankle and couldn’t put any weight on it. She remained patient. The house hunt went on hold. My husband asked me what I thought about moving into a senior apartment. I told him I was OK with it. We actually found an apartment and asked Robin to sell our home of 23 years. STILL…she is patient. What a godsend! Once we got moved our house went up for sale on a Saturday in July and it sold within three days and we got more than the asking price. Her and her husband Peter did some repairs and Robin staged it. She kept us informed every step of the way. We so appreciate Robin and would definitely use her again if we ever want to move. Very easy to get things started, also to get thing finalized!
We were looking at houses in the area we wanted by ourselves at first. One of the houses we looked at required a real estate agent to set up appointments for a tour. Robin helped my husband set up a time that met our needs. She was on top of the forms that we needed to fill out and some good advice on what to do next. We didn’t get that house but when we found another house we were interested in she had a good grip on what we needed to do even though she was on vacation. It was a timely matter and she got the job done for us. Now we are buying this house thanks to her and how quick she gets her job done.! She was so friendly to us all the time, she let us know what the next steps were when it came to filling out papers. Even though after we bought our house she is still engaged and is very excited for us. We really think she’s such a good agent to work with!

Guardian Angel
With the passing of my mother, my home suddenly was up for sale. With no place to stay, I needed a place to go. So… I lost my mother (I am not mentally all here). Displaced from my home (30 days or lose my belongings). Finances… (Really, everything I had was used to care for my parents before they passed). And my own physical disabilities (there is a list…). I could go on with all the woes but when the phone rang and the offer to help was given she had no idea of what she was in for. This did not stop her. She jumped in and immediately helped narrow the search to fit size needed, conditions required, money available… in time. I do not know how, but she finds a place. She walked me through the paperwork (well, I crawled). She supervised the home inspection, arranged for the finances. Seriously all I needed to do was authorize it, mourn my mother and use the tissue (that she provided). Bottom line: I am in my new house, relatively sane and trying to recover both physically and emotionally from the whole thing. I cannot honestly give enough praise for her, she literally saved my life. Trying to write this is becoming harder because of the realization of what she did. Not just an Agent but an Angel.
